I’m Clementine, a designer based on Gadigal Country (Sydney).

I’m a Graphic Designer at The Gallery.

I have strong skills in strong skills in strategic thinking, brand management, communication and creative problem solving. I’m also currently studying a Graduate Certificate in Social and Service Design at UTS.

Brand management
Responsible for creative direction, overseeing and approving all paid campaign artwork from designers across five studios. Ongoing conceptual work to ensure our campaign continues to meet our needs and communicate with the customer effectively. Since taking on this responsibility, our campaign effectiveness has increased.

Brand management and creative direction: responsible for overseeing and approving all paid campaign artwork. While I have been responsible for this campaign effectiveness has increased.

Established close working relationships with designers across five studios, including running monthly meetings to resolve design problems and to ensure continuous improvement across our style guides.

Developing a high-profile visual identity system, that re-thinks the way we engage with the customer, promotes the large-scale transport infrastructure work of MTIA and brings unity to our family of five brands. 

Developing artwork across digital, advertising and communication with the public, delivering these from concept to final artwork.

Junior Graphic Designer (part-time) – The Offices

During my time at The Offices, a small creative agency in Sydney, I worked directly with a senior designer on developing branding strategy, identity and web design across a number of small businesses.

Graphic Designer and Marketing co-ordinator (part-time) – Epik Brands

Epik Brands is a health food distribution and marking company in Sydney. I designed marketing collateral across a suite of brands. I was responsible for delivering artwork across eDM, social and PoS for three key brands.

Designer – Snack

Snack is an award-winning student-led startup in the Ed Tech space. I developed the visual identity, and also worked across the User Experience and design of the
web app. We won a number of prizes across major student events and professional pitching competitions.

Research Assistant for a new Interaction Design course. This involved researching User Experience, Service and Interaction Design theory, and writing course content.
