Clementine Rocks is a Strategic Designer and Social Innovator based on Gadigal Country, in Sydney.

She is an experienced Strategic and Service Designer currently working at EY wavespace, an Innovation and Strategic Design studio internal to EY. Here, she draws on Human-Centred and Systemic Design methodologies to work with organisations undertaking large-scale transformation to see the impact of these transformations on their people.

She previously worked as a Social Designer at The Australian Centre for Social Innovation, where she supported the design, management, and delivery of social innovation consulting projects - with a focus on creating positive social impact by elevating the voices and experiences of communities as experts in their own lives through co-design and participatory design research.

Clementine also has extensive experience in visual design, working in customer experience communications and branding – both the public sector and a number of small agencies in Sydney.
