Social Innovation, Service Design and Strategy
Previously, as a Social Designer at The Australian Centre for Social Innovation (TACSI), I supported the design, management and delivery of social innovation consulting projects that create positive outcomes for citizens, families, and communities. This involved designing, researching and facilitating co-design projects, bringing lived experience to the heart of systems change.
This work has included:
Supporting a Public Health Network (PHN) to co-design recommendations to better connect mental health and alcohol and other drug systems.
Supporting a rural hospital and health service’s mental health and alcohol and other drug unit to co-design a roadmap to stronger community wellbeing.
Co-facilitating a Foundations for Co-design in Mental Health Learning Network, sharing co-design learnings and methodologies to those in the mental health system across Australia.
Supporting a mental health initiative to co-develop principles for Allyship and anti-discrimination.
Supporting research into the future of place-based work across Australian communities.
